  • I already have an account on the tooyoo platform. How can I use the Swiss Mobiliar offer?

    Click on Activate my offer, then log in to your account. Then enter your policy number to benefit from the offer. NB: Any benefits from other offers will be forfeited in the process.
  • Can I still benefit from the offer even if I am no longer a Swiss Mobiliar customer?

    The promotion is not restricted. Once the account has been created, it will be free for the first year, after which the special 25% discount per year will apply, regardless of whether you’re still a Swiss Mobiliar customer. If you’ve opted for the lifetime subscription, you will also receive a 25% discount on the amount. Subscriptions cost CHF 39 per year or CHF 599 for life.
  • I’ve several policies with Swiss Mobiliar. Can I enter more than one policy number to get more than one free year?

    Yes, you can upgrade your legacy-contact account to a PREMIUM customer account also by using the Swiss Mobiliar offer. To do so, click on Activate my offer, then log in using your email address and password. Follow the indicated steps, then enter your policy number in the indicated field.
  • I have already purchased a subscription. Can I be refunded and benefit from the Swiss Mobiliar offer?

    We unfortunately cannot provide refunds in this case. However, you may activate the Swiss Mobiliar offer and benefit from an additional 365 days of free access and a 25% discount on subscriptions for the following years.
