  • Is the offer limited?

    The promotion is not limited. Once the account has been created, it will be free for the first year, after which the special 25 discount per year will apply, regardless of whether you’re or not still a Groupe Mutuel customer. If you’ve opted for lifetime membership, you will also receive a 25 discount on that amount. Memberships are priced at CHF 39 annually or CHF 599 for life.

  • I have already purchased a subscription. Can I be refunded and benefit from the Groupe Mutuel offer?

    No, we do not give refunds in this case. However, you may activate the Groupe Mutuel offer and benefit from an additional 365 days of free access and a 25 discount on subscriptions for the following years.
  • Can I gift my Groupe Mutuel offer to a non-Groupe Mutuel customer?
