Is the offer limited?
The promotion is not limited. Once the account has been created, it will be free for the first year, after which the special 25 discount per year will apply, regardless of whether you’re or not still a Groupe Mutuel customer. If you’ve opted for lifetime membership, you will also receive a 25 discount on that amount. Memberships are priced at CHF 39 annually or CHF 599 for life.
I am already a Premium (fee-paying) customer. How can I benefit from the Groupe Mutuel offer?

Yes, you can benefit from the Groupe Mutuel offer, but in this case, you lose the advantages of the other offer.

By using the Groupe Mutuel offer, you will gain access to a Premium account for 365 days. This will grant you access to the other four categories.
I’ve already a legacy-contact account (i.e. a trusted party). Can I benefit from the Groupe Mutuel offer?
Yes, you can upgrade your legacy contact account to a Premium account also by using the Groupe Mutuel offer. To do this, go to the page www.tooyoo.ch/groupemutuel, log in with your email and password. Follow the steps and enter your advisor’s number in the field provided.
I have already purchased a subscription. Can I be refunded and benefit from the Groupe Mutuel offer?
No, we do not give refunds in this case. However, you may activate the Groupe Mutuel offer and benefit from an additional 365 days of free access and a 25 discount on subscriptions for the following years.
Can I gift my Groupe Mutuel offer to a non-Groupe Mutuel customer?
If you do not wish to benefit from the Groupe Mutuel offer, you can effectively offer this advantage to a friend or family member, even if you are not a Groupe Mutuel customer. To do this, simply provide them with the Groupe Mutuel advisor’s number.
I have two tooyoo accounts with two different email addresses. How can I merge them?
It is not possible to merge two accounts.
