Swiss Mobiliar offer

I already have an account on the tooyoo platform. How can I use the Swiss Mobiliar offer?

Go to www.tooyoo.ch/mobiliar, then log in to your account. You can then enter your policy number to benefit from the offer. Please note that If you have received benefits from another offer, they will be lost.

Is the offer limited?

The promotion does not expire. Once the account is created, it is free the first year. Then the special offer of 25% discount per year is applicable, regardless of whether you are still a Swiss Mobiliar customer or not. If you have opted for a lifetime subscription, you also benefit from a 25% discount on the amount. The subscription price is CHF 39 per year or CHF 599 for life.

I have several policies with Swiss Mobiliar. Can I enter several policy numbers to benefit from several free years?

It is not possible to enter other policy numbers to benefit from additional years free of charge. On the other hand, you can allow other members of your family to benefit from the offer, for example.

I am already a Premium (fee-paying) customer. How can I benefit from the Swiss Mobiliar offer?

Go to www.tooyoo.ch/mobiliar, then log in to your account. You can then enter your policy number to benefit from the offer. Please note that if you have benefited from another offer, these will be lost.

I am already a lifetime Premium account holder. How can I benefit from the Swiss Mobiliar offer?

Unfortunately, you cannot take advantage of the offer. However, you can allow other members of your family to benefit from the offer, for example.

I am a Premium customer, having taken advantage of another offer. Can I also benefit from the Swiss Mobiliar offer?

Yes, you can benefit from the Swiss Mobiliar offer, but in this case, you lose the advantages of the other offer.

I am already a Starter customer (access only to medical data). What am I entitled to with the Swiss Mobiliar offer?

By using the Swiss Mobiliar offer, you will gain access to a Premium account for 365 days. This will grant you access to the other four categories.

I'm already registered as a trusted person (legacy contact). Can I benefit from the Swiss Mobiliar offer?

Yes, you can upgrade your legacy contact account to a Premium account also by using the Swiss Mobiliar offer. To do this, go to the page www.tooyoo.ch/mobiliar, log in with your email and password. Follow the steps and enter your policy number in the field provided.

I have already purchased a subscription. Can I be refunded and benefit from the Swiss Mobiliar offer?

No, we do not give refunds in this case. However, you may activate the Swiss Mobiliar offer and benefit from an additional 365 days of free access and a 25% discount on subscriptions for the following years.

My policy number has apparently already been used on the platform, but I have not yet created an account. What should I do?

In this case, please contact us, providing your first name, surname and date of birth.

Can I use the same policy number several times?

No, a policy number can only be used once.

Can I gift my Swiss Mobiliar offer to a non-Swiss Mobiliar customer?

If you do not wish to benefit from the Swiss Mobiliar offer, you can effectively offer this advantage to a friend or family member, even if this person has no policies with Swiss Mobiliar. To do so, you can simply give your Swiss Mobiliar policy number. A policy number can only be used once.

I have two tooyoo accounts with two different email addresses. How can I merge them?

It is not possible to merge two accounts.

What should I do if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, simply reset it directly on the platform.
